Francisco Angel Bastar, also known as Kako was born on June 21, 1936, in Puerto Rico, He is a well-known percussionist who played with the orchestras of Arsenio Rodriguez, Tito Puente, Charlie Palmieri, The Puerto Rican All Stars, the Cesta All Stars and The Alegre All Stars. He formed his own band and recorded his first album for Alegre Records in 1961. He performed on most Alegre recordings as well as collaborating with Mon Rivera, Cortijo, Mongo Santamaria and Celia Cruz, among many other top Latin artists. He passed away in 1994. Camilo Luis Argumedez, also known as Azuquita, is a Panamanian vocalist. He was born in 1945. He recorded with Roberto Roena, Rafael Cortijo, Salsa All Stars, Cachao, Charlie Palmieri, Tito Puente and Louie Ramirez, among many other bands.. He also recorded under his own name in Paris where he had relocated in 1980 and became a citizen in 1995.
